Natural Flex acts to support prevention of connective tissue 
damage.* Chondroitin Sulfates are two classes of 
mucopolysaccharides that are found in joint cartilage and aid in

amino sugar that is the starting point for the synthesis of 
mucopolysaccharides--the core of connective tissues such as 
collagen, bone matrix, and mucous membranes. Glucosamine helps 
restore the thick lubricating fluids around joints to cushion 
their natural motion. Chondro-Plex™ can also help with skin 
health by replacing the body's natural glucosamine that is used 
up when the skin is under attack.*

Each capsule contains 45 
mg Vitamin C, 400 mg Chondroitin Sulfate, 500 mg Glucosamine 
Sulfate, 5 mg Manganese

Other ingredients: calcium ascorbate, 
gelatin, water, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearate.

As a 
dietary supplement, take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal.
