Acidophilus is a beneficial bacteria that synthesizes nutrients 
in the intestinal tract, counteracts pathogenic micro-organisms 
and maintains a healthy intestinal environment. Acidophilus may 
also be used for digestive maintenance and flora restoration 
after long courses of antibiotics.
