Tam Herbal Laxative Tablets are an effective natural laxative
offering relief for occasional constipation. Tam tablets offer
an effective natural laxative with ingredients such as cascara
sagrada and sennosides in a base of fennel seed, uva ursi,
unicorn root, buckthorn bark, plasdone, croscarmallosse sodium,
and colloidal silicon dioxide. The active ingredients are grown
naturally. For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity).
This product generally produces bowel movements in 6 to 12
hours. Natural stimulant laxative.
Suggested Use:
Adults and
children 12 years of age or older: Take 6 tablets at night
before retiring or as directed by a physician. Children under 12
years of age: Consult a physician. Do not use laxative product
when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless
directed by a physician. If you have noticed a sudden change in
bowel habits the persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a
physician before using a laxative. Laxative products should not
be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a
physician. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement
after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition.
Discontinue use of this product and consult a physician. Keep
this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of
accidental overdose seek professional assistance or contact a
Poison Control Center Immediately. As with any drug, if you are
pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health
professional before using this product. Notice: This product
contains Cascara Sagrada and Buckthorn Bark. Read and follow
directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop
diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your
physician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or
have a medical condition, consult your physician before using
this product. Do not exceed recommended doses. Not for long-term
use. Store at controlled room temperature between 15 and 30
degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Keep from excessive heat and

abdominal pain or an inflammation condition of the intestines
(i.e. appendicitis, colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel),
hormonal dependent cancers, are taking prescription medication
(especially Prednisolone, hydrocortisone, oral contraceptives,
laxatives, cardiac glycosides and thiazide diuretics) or are on
hormonal therapy. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any
adverse reactions occur including water retention, high blood
pressure, headache, dizziness, rash or allergic reactions
(including breathing problems). Use of this product may make
skin sensitive to sunlight and UV light, which could result in
sunburn or skin rash after several days of usage. Limit exposure
to the sun or any indoor tanning equipment including beds, lamps
or booths. Avoid consuming high-acid foods such as orange,
cranberry or prune juice, or supplements containing more than
500 mg of vitamin C, within 3-4 hours of taking this product. Do
not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or
vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have
