Centaury (Centaurium umbellatum) is a flower essence for
individuals who have difficulty saying “No;” find themselves
being opposed on or bullied by others; are easily influenced;
and are usually timid, quite, passive, and display little
strength of will. Suggested Use: Take 2 drops in a small
glass of water and sip at intervals or take directly on the
tongue. Ingredients: Essence of Centaury (centaurium
umbellatum) in 27% Alcohol.
