Arnica Cream is a non-greasy cream 
with a smooth texture. This cream is great for massaging sore 
muscles. Arnica cream is also suitable for use on the face. 
Arnica montana is a mountain plant (leopard's bane) found in the 
Northwest part of the United States as well as Central Europe.

Arnica

Arnica is used for both homeopathic and herbal 
remedies to assist in the healing process and to help prevent 
tissue from swelling after a serious injury. Arnica is 
recommended for external use in cream or tincture or mixed as a 
homeopathic remedy with other herbs in minimal dosages. It was 
used in Europe for reducing bruising and swelling by preventing 
clotting of blood platelets after an injury. Arnica can also aid 
in fighting bacteria and reducing inflammation. In Norway, 
marathon runners discovered that massaging arnica cream onto 
their skin reduced their post-running pain and stiffness. This 
should not be used for more than two weeks intervals or if a 
development of a rash appears. Arnica has also been found that 
it has some of the same properties as pitocin – a drug used for 
induction of labor – so pregnant women should not use arnica for 
any reason.
