Sinol nasal spray for allergies uses Capsaicin, an ingredient that comes from the pepper plant and is found in most spicy foods. Directions
Shake well. prime the spray bottle until an even mist comes out. Spray Sinol into each nostril, and then sniff Sinol up into your nasal cavity. Use 1-3 times before or during headache. Use liberally for chronic symptoms but not more than 10 times a day. Relief often occurs between 2-20 minutes after application. Cover product after every use. Sinol is non addictive and ha no harsh side effects.
