The Clot-Busting Properties of Nattokinase

An enzyme extracted from the fermented soybean food natto has been found to be extremely effective in removing health-damaging and even life-threatening blood clots from your cardiovascular system. This enzyme, known as nattokinase, is created when a specific bacterium known as Bacillus natto is used to ferment the boiled beans, and it has been proved to be effective in lowering blood pressure.
