Dosage/Usage: Take two

Niacinol(tm)) 150 mg, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl and 
pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 110 mg, Folic Acid 800 mcg, Vitamin B12 
(as cyanocobalamin) 200 mcg, Biotin 100 mcg, Pantothenic Acid 
(as calcium pantothenate) 100 mg, Choline (as choline 
bitartrate) 100 mg, Inositol 100 mg, PABA (para-aminobenzoic 
acid) 50 mg

Other Ingredients: vegetable polysaccharide 
capsule, cellulose, silicon dioxide, and ascorbyl 
palmitate.
