u-shaped neck pillow is filled with flax seeds, chamomile and 
lavender which combine to cradle your neck and emit a soothing 
aroma. This comforting pillow can be warmed in your microwave to 
help relax tense muscle with soothing heat. The 100% cotton 
cover is machine washable. Hypoallergenic. Contents are 
non-toxic.

 
Suggested Use: 
For WARM relief: Microwave in 
30 second intervals until desired warmth is achieved. The heated 
pillow will provide a soothing, moist warmth to relax muscles 
and ease tensions. Make sure to STOP the microwave and check the 
heat every 30 seconds to make sure that the pillow does not 
burn. Heating this pillow is optional. Care Hints: This wrap is 
made up of a cover and removable insert. Periodically, you may 
need to refresh the herbal aroma of the Cuddle Pillow. To do 
this, remove the insert and spray on the desired amount of Earth 
Therapeutics Anti- Stress Pillow Mist over the insert. After 
spraying, put cover back on over the insert. Also, from time to 
time, it is a good idea to wash the cover of the Wrap. The cover 
is 100% cotton and is machine washable. However, make sure to 
remove the insert BEFORE putting the cover into the wash.
