Phosphoricum (Iron Phosphate) is suggested a first aid remedy as 
it helps the lungs distribute oxygen throughout the body, is 
useful for inflammations such as sore throat and stuffy nose, as 
well as nosebleeds or muscular strains. Hyland's Homeopathic 
Since 1903. Ferrum Phos. 30X. Fevers and first stage of 
inflammations.

Suggested Use: 
Acute: 4 Tablets every hour. 
Tonic: 4 Tablets four times a day taken dry or dissolved in 
water. Children: 2 Tablets as above.
