Ruta Graveolens (Rue) is a homeopathic remedy for shinbone 
injuries or any injury to the periosteum (bone covering), 
sprains, strains, and shin splints.

Directions/Usage: 

Adults dissolve 4 
tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 tablets as above. 
In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved, or as 
directed by a licensed practitioner.

are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health 
professional before using this product. If symptoms persist for 
more than 7 days or worsen, consult a licensed practitioner.
