Spongia Tosta (Roasted Sponge) is a homeopathic remedy for the 
relief of respiratory disorders, cough, and hoarseness with 
painful burning throat, and for advanced stages of croup. 
Research: 
Coughs. Made according to the Homeopathic 
Pharmacopoeia of the United States. 

Directions/Usage: 
Adults dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 
tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until 
relieved, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.
As with 
any drug, if your are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the 
advice of a health professional before using this product. If 
symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen, consult a 
licensed practitioner. Keep this and all medicines out of the 
reach of children. To be used according to label indications 
and/or standard homeopathic indications.
