Spongia Tosta (Roasted 
Sea Sponge) is a homeopathic remedy that is indicated for 
inflammations and spasmodic conditions of the respiratory 
organs, enlargement and hardening of glandular organs such as 
the lymph glands, thyroid, testicles, and epididymis, cardiac 
inflammation and cardia insufficiency; diseases of the coronary 
vessels and of the aorta, croupy cough and 
laryngitis.

Spongia Tosta (Roasted Sea Sponge) is the 
standard single remedy from P & S laboratories (Hylands) for dry 
cough and laryngitis . This product carries the standard 
homeopathic label (Not Hyland) 

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 3-6 
pellets under tongue 3-4 times a day, repeat as required or as 
directed by a licensed practitioner. Children half adult dose.
