Directions: As a dietary supplement, 
adults take amount indicated below, according to body weight 
three times a day. For best results, inholtra premium 
lubri-joint should be taken at least 30 minutes before meals. Up 
to 150 lbs - 1 liquid gel cap, 150 to 200 lbs. - 2 liquid gel 
caps, over 200 lbs - 3 liquid gel caps. If no noticeable 
improvement occurs within two weeks afer starting Inholtra 
Premium Lubri-Joint, add one additional capsule to the above 
amount. For example, for the 150-200 lb. weight range, take 3 
Quicksorb Gels three times a day. The results of Inholtra 
increase over time, so it is important to continue with the
