Indications: For relief of occasional nervousness and 
irritability caused by nervous tension and stress.  For relief 
of occasional sleeplessness (isomnia); helps reduce difficulty 
in falling asleep.  NO DROWSINESS WHEN TAKEN DURING ACTIVE 
HOURS
Directions: At the onset of NERVOUSNESS symptoms take 3 
pills under the tongue every hour until symptoms are reduced, 
then 4 times daily until symptoms are relieved or as directed by 
a physician. 

For Sleeplessness take 3 pills under the tongue before retiring. 
Repeat in one hour if needed or as directed by a physician. Do 
not eat or drink for 15 minutes before or after taking pills.

medicine. 

Use of dispenser:
1. Twist top of dispenser at 
perforated line.
2. Hold tube upside down and turn cap until 
desired number of pills are dispensed.
3. Pull down clear cap 
containing pills.
4. So as not to touch pills with your 
fingers, place pills under your tongue using cap.
5. Allow 
pills to dissolve under your tongue.

Valeriana 
officinalis 3x, Chamomilla 6x, Sepia 6x, Cimicifuga racemosa 6x, 
Silica 8x, Hyoscyamus niger 12x, Arsenicum album 12x, Rhus 
toxicodendron 12x.
