This massage tool originated in the Orient, and is designed to be effective method to improve your awareness of your back, posture, and spine. It is fun and easy to use and invaluable to keep your back feeling toned and aligned.
Begin by lying still on a carpet or exercise mat, starting at the top of the spine in one place only (not meant to be rolled on). Each point needs 10 deep breaths. The erector muscles on either side of the spine can be reached at the same time, to facillitate stretching and elongating of the back. Relax, focus on one spot and breathe.
