Triethanolamine, Quaternium-15, Fragrance. 
Instructions:
Rub small amount between palms, comb through hair 
evenly with hands. Style as desired. Recommended for use on dry 
or wet hair. for firmer hold, follow with Mill Creek Hair Spray. 
Squeeze container gently if pump fails to operate.
