Dried maitake powder 500 mg, 
ascorbic acid 20 mg.  

Grifolafrondosa is the scientific name 
for maitake mushroom.  Maitake's unique polysaccharide compound, 
3-branch beta 1.6 glucan makes it far superior to Reishi and 
Shitake.  

Use: 
Take 1 caplet 3 times a day between meals 
or as directed by your practitioner.
