Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Vitamin C and B-Complex vitamins.

Other Ingredients: Rice Flour, Cellulose (capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
