Rating: 5/5

This supplement was so easy to keep up with. I was able to take the regular dose of 3 capsules with every meal easily. Luckily I am not allergic to shellfish as this contains certain shellfish. I have been rather impressed with the results from this product. I love that this supplement doesn't contain any salts, sugars, gluten, and soy as I personally try to stay away from that as much as possible.
