The CoQ10 30mg soft gels with Vitamin E is one of my personal favorites, within a week of starting to take this product I noticed increase in energy and an overall healthier feeling. This is a great antioxidant and coupled with the vitamin E they work together to fight free-radical damage and help the body to resist potential health concerns.
