Suggested Use:
Detoxicant - White Bentonite Clay Cleanse:
Shake well before each use. Take on an empty stomach. Take one teaspoon twice a day, in the morning and 1/2 hour before bedtime. For best results, squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into a 1/2 glass of water and take first thing in the morning (optional). Follow with 1 tsp. of Bentonite solution mixed into one cup of warm water. For the evening dose, take 2 hours after the last meal. Drink at least 4 glasses of water throughout the day while using White Bentonite Clay. |
