from the soybean. The soybean also provides the fiber you need

added 50% of the Daily Value of 18 vitamins and minerals.

Directions
Stir or shake 2 scoops (36 grams) into 8 oz. cold
milk, soy milk or water (scoop included). For a delicious
smoothie, add it to crushed ice and fruit in a blender.
