Natural Source E is biologically more active than synthetic 
vitamin E, and is better retained by the body.* In independent 
surveys, consumers have significantly preferred natural vitamin 
E to synthetic vitamin E; however, individuals sensitive to soy 
may want to try Item no. 50410 Vitamin E, a non-soy, synthetic 
vitamin E. Natural Source E also contains mixed tocopherols. 
Each softgel contains:  
Vitamin E (as D-alpha-Tocopherol and 
Mixed Tocopherols)
 400 IU 
Soybean Oil 20 mg 

Suggested 
Use:
As a dietary supplement, 1 softgel one or two times daily 
with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
