Usage
Echinacea purpurea supports the 
immune system. It grows wild and was used by the plains Indians 
more than any other herb. Echinacea is one of the most 
researched herbs, as its benefits have been shown in many

Recommended Daily Dosage
Take 
three capsules 3 times daily with water at mealtimes. After 
taking Echinacea for six to eight weeks, a two- to four-week 
break is recommended before restarting use for best results.
