This is a wonderful product and at a perfect price too!! I have been using all types of supplements but this brand, Planetary Formula, turned out to be the best one so far, the have high quality products that work and have you looked at the price? It's so cheap! I reccomend this supplement to those who are looking to get away from the harmful chemicals in modern medications, specially antidepressants. I've used them and believe me, in my case it was no joy ride. I have been using St. John's Wort to treat my depression/lack of motivation and it has helped greatly, even with my sudden anxiety attacks, which tend to be mild. Give it a try, you got nothing to lose.
