Planetary Formulas St. John's Wort Emotional Balance unites a standardized extract of Europe's legendary St. John's wort with jujube seed, a little known Chinese herb with remarkable calming properties.  These two key botanicals are combined with the Chinese classic formula, Xiao Yao Wan. St. John's wort is the most widely researched botanical for supporting mental health. Xiao Yao Wan is the most widely used Chinese formula for supporting a positive and stable emotional state.

  St. John's Wort Flowering Tops Extract (standardized to 0.3% hypericin), Jujube Seed, Bupleurum Root, Tree Peony Root Bark, Bai-Zhu Atractylodes Rhizome, Dong Quai Root, Poria Sclerotium, Lemon Balm Leaf, Licorice Root, Cyperus Rhizome, Tangerine Peel, and Ginger Root.      

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate

Warning: Consult a doctor before use if you have had liver problems, frequently use alcoholic beverages, or are taking any medication. Stop use and see a doctor if you develop symptoms that may signal liver problems (e.g., unexplained fatigue, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, fever, vomiting, dark urine, pale stools, yellow eyes or skin).
