and mineral supplement.
What does it do? Omega VM is a
broad spectrum multi vitamin and mineral supplement with Omega 3
Fatty Acids that contains more nutrients in larger amounts than
many of the leading brands on the market. It contains extremely
generous amounts of the B vitamins, which are needed by the body
to metabolize fats, carbohydrates and proteins. The B complex is
also involved in improving cognitive function and helping the
body deal with stress and enhancing energy. Omega VM also
contain vitamin C and vitamin E which help to fight off
dangerous free radicals that can cause oxidative damage to
tissues. The minerals that are included in the Omega VM are
chelated (bound to) different compounds that make the mineral
more accessible and usable by the body. The "Omega" in Omega VM
refers to the all important Omega 3 fatty acids necessary for
cardiovascular and cerebral health. Omega VM is a high quality
multiple vitamin. Since it is in the form of a capsule, it is
easily broken down and digested.
How do I take it? For
best results, take one capsule with breakfast and one with
lunch. If this is not convenient, take both capsules at the same
