I can not emphasis enough that this is an absolutely life changing product. I have been feeling lethargic and lacking energy for quite some time and after beginning with q-gel mega I have been anything but.. My energy and stamina have definitely improved quite a bit and I haven't felt this healthy in years. I used to have to nap half way throughout the day, but now I have plenty of energy and pep in my step all day long. This is a great product and I would like to suggest you give it a try.
