This 
gentle formula combines 500 mg of vitamin C per tablet with 
bioflavonoids and whole food phyto-nutrients for optimal 
nutrient absorption and antioxidant protection. Featuring 
vitamin C in two forms: 50% calcium ascorbate and 50% as 
ascorbic acid, making this product more gentle on the stomach as 
well as supplying calcium. Also includes a complex of 
biologically active phyto-nutrients including 200 mg of 
bioflavonoids, which can enhance vitamin C absorption in some 
tissues, plus anthocyanidins from fruits.
