Too often I tried multi-vitamins that upset my stomach or caused me to burp excessively. These vitamins are very soft on my stomach and give me all the typical vitamins and minerals I need from a multi. I used to use Centrum, then I went on to generic multis and they all hurt my stomach. I now use the Rainbow Light brand for most of my vitamin regimen. I also found that their Fish Oil supplements do not cause that ‘burp-back’ that is common with fish oil. I initially found these Rainbow Light vitamins at a health food store in my neighborhood and I only bought them once since they were so expensive. I buy them here now since I can actually afford these.
