Indications for use are to treat candidiasis (vaginal or oral yeast infection), Herpes Simplex virus, Flu symptoms, and certain parasitic and bacterial diseases. In adults, effective dosage is usually one 300-500mg tablet, three times per day. Pau d’arco should not be given to infants and children.
