Vitamin A is an essential nutrient, required for normal vision and for healthy skin and mucous membranes. It is also needed by the thymus gland. Beta carotene is a nontoxic precursor (building block) of vitamin A and a major component of the body's natural antioxidant defenses.

Warning: Pregnant or breastfeeding women take only 1/2 tablet per day. Do not exceed a total intake of 5,000 IU of preformed vitamin A (palmitate) daily, and consult your health care professional before using this product.

Suggested Use: One tablet daily.
