I purchased this for my memory , insteed it helped my damaged nees and damaged spine (at both sides of L-5) lumbar region , after a few months of taking this I could kneel down and get up without having to wait a few minutes after straighting out to walk .My back has'nt poped out of place for over 3 years and no more pain .. As far as I'm concerned this is a great trade having my bones healed is well worth it ....
