temperature and supports normal breathing while aiding nighttime

Elder and linden flower teas are traditionally
used for conditions when increased perspiration is desirable to
regulate body temperature.* Cold Care PM also contains the
proven relaxant herbs chamomile and passionflower making it
excellent for use in the evening.*
How does it taste? It's a
complex and aromatic blend of herbal tastes -minty, slightly
bitter and sweet.

European elder flower 375 mg, linden flower 375 mg, German
chamomile flower 75 mg, passionflower herb 75 mg. Proprietary
blend: peppermint leaf, yarrow flower, eucalyptus leaf, licorice
root.

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly
prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a
cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly
influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up
in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any
remaining extract.
In the evening, drink 1-2 cups every 3
hours until bedtime. To enhance benefits, add honey, especially
in dry climates.

Cautions:
Consult a health care provider if you have gallstones,
gallbladder or bile-duct obstruction, hiatal hernia, or acid
reflux.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have known
allergies to plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family such as
blessed thistle, calendula, chamomile, echinacea, safflower or
yarrow.
Pregnancy and lactation: Not to be used during
pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
