Herba Tussin®
Herbal Cough Tea*
Herbal Dietary
Supplement Herba Tussin is a traditional cough and bronchial
tea that supports the respiratory system* with demulcent herbs
to soothe respiratory membranes, antitussive herbs to relieve
cough and expectorant herbs to promote normal bronchial
secretion.* Eucalyptus and licorice teas are traditionally used
for non-serious upper respiratory tract conditions. Slippery elm
is a safe and effective demulcent (soothing herb). How does
it taste? Herba Tussin is a complex and aromatic blend of herbs
that are spicy, minty, pungent, slightly bitter and sweet with
citrus notes. It's the cough drop tea! Herba
Tussin® Ingredients Eucalyptus leaf 210 mg, licorice root
175 mg, slippery elm bark 175 mg, wild cherry bark 175 mg,
elecampane rhizome 140 mg, organic marshmallow root 35 mg.
Proprietary blend: organic spearmint leaf, organic West Indian
lemongrass leaf, organic lemon peel, organic stevia leaf,
organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora). Herba
Tussin® Brewing Directions Brew Well to be Well™ For
maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8
oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and
steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount
of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently
squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink
3 or more cups daily as needed. To enhance benefits, add honey,
especially in dry climates. Herba
Tussin® Cautions Contraindications: Do not use if you have
