Organic Echinacea Elder supports the
immune system* by stimulating immune cells, helping to reduce
the duration of symptoms. It also promotes perspiration (a
normal response to seasonal change conditions) which helps to

How does it taste? It's a blend of sweet, fruity and slightly
bitter herbal tastes with a characteristic tingle on your tongue
caused by the alkylamides in echinacea, which is one of the

Organic Echinacea purpurea herb 1,005 mg,
organic elder flower 127.5 mg, Echinacea purpurea root dry
native extract (6:1) 37.5 mg, elder fruit dry concentrate 37.5
mg. Proprietary blend: organic ginger rhizome, organic chamomile
flower, organic yarrow flower, organic peppermint leaf.

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly
prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a
cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly
influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up
in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any
remaining extract.
Drink 3 or more cups daily when needed.
Add honey to enhance benefits, especially in dry
climates.

Cautions:
Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if you have
rheumatoid arthritis, an auto-immune disorder or a progressive
systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leucosis, collagenosis,
multiple sclerosis, AIDS or HIV infections, or if you are taking
immunosuppressants.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have
known allergies to plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family such
as calendula, chamomile, echinacea, safflower or
yarrow.
Pregnancy and lactation: Not to be used during
pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
