Directions
Brew Well to be Well™
For maximum benefit,
medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly
boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15
minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial
components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the
tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Drink 2 or more
cups daily 30 minutes before or after meals. For an extra
strength brew, use two teabags.

Cautions: Consult a health care provider
prior to use if you have gallstones, a blood coagulation
disorder, or are taking blood thinners. If abdominal discomfort,
heartburn and /or an irritant effect in the mouth and throat

Contraindications: Do not use if your have known
allergies to plants of the Asteraceae family (daisy) such as
blessed thistle, calendula, chamomile, echinacea, safflower or
yarrow.
