Ginger Yerba Maté promotes alertness* by providing 
12 mg of caffeine per cup. Caffeine is a naturally occurring 
stimulant in maté leaf. The blend is enhanced by the circulatory 
stimulant effects of ginger.* Maté tea is approved in Germany 
and several other countries as a stimulant for mental and 
physical fatigue. 

How does it taste? A pleasantly aromatic 
blend of smoky maté, spicy, pungent ginger, and sweet herbal 
tastes. 

Ingredients

Organic green maté leaf 800 mg, 
roasted maté leaf 400 mg. Proprietary blend: organic ginger 
rhizome, organic stevia leaf, organic lemon peel.

For 
maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 
oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and 
steep 10-15 minutes. Water temperature, covering your cup and 
steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial 
components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the 
tea bag to release the remaining extractive. 

Drink 2-4 cups 
daily.
