Product Description: 
Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy 
indicated for muscular soreness due to overexertion, and 
facilitates the healing of swelling, bruising, shock, sprains, 
soreness, injury, and post surgery. For the temporary relief of 
minor muscle or joint aches and pain; strains, sprains, bruises, 
backache or over-exertion. Characteristics: Pain, stiffness or 
swelling may be associated with acute injuries or trauma. 
Suggested Use: 
Sublingual medication. Place tablets under 
tongue when mouth is in natural condition, 15 minutes before or 
half hour after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but 
water. Adults: 3 tablets 3 times a day. Children 2 to 12 years 
of age: Half adult dose. Children under 2: Consult a doctor.
