Directions:   
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 
Apply at least 1-inch strip of this product on2 a soft bristle 
toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for 1 minute twice-a-day 
(morning and evening), or recommended by a dentist or 
doctor.



Other Ingredients:   
Active ingredient: 
potassium nitrate. Other ingredients: glycerin, calcium 
carbonate (chalk) water, hydrated silica, sodium bicarbondate 
(baking soda), xylitol (from birch trees), wintergreen 
(galtheria procumbens), peppermint (mentha piperita) oils and 
other natural flavors, sodium lauryl sulfate (from coconut oil), 
carrageenan (seaweed), cocamidopropyl betaine (from coconut 
oil).



Does Not Contain:   
Saccharin, preservatives, 
dyes, animal ingredients, artificial color or flavor, artificial 
sweetners



Warnings:   
Sensative teeth may indicate a 
serious problem that may need prompt care by a dentist. See your 
dentist if the problem persists or worsens. Do not use this
