It completely dissolves in water instead of clumping up like other protein powders I've tried - and once it dissolves, it stays dissolved. It tastes like watered down Kool-Aid, but it certainly isn't a bad taste or a heavy taste - it is not a chore to drink this. I finished my first one, although I didn't take it as often as I should... I think it does help build muscle and burn fat - I just ordered two more! Give this a try... you'll like the results.
