Ingredient Details:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Modified Cellulose, Guar Gum, Calcium Carbonate, Vegetable Stearin, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, and Citrus Pectin.
Suggested Use:
Take 1 quick release tablet 1-2 times daily 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch or physical activity. Best results when taken everyday for at least four weeks consecutively.

Stop use and call a health care professional immediately if dizziness, severe headache, rapid and/or irregular heart beat, chest pain, shortness, of breath, nausea, tremor, nervousness, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, noticeable changes in behavior or loss of consciousness occur.
