Recommended Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz of water and drink 30 minutes prior to training. Recommended Use on Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz of water and drink with the morning meal. Important: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime. Avoid taking any additional stimulants while taking this product.
