EstroNil is a newly developed formula that contains the most powerful aromatose inhibitor Formestane (4-hydroxandrostenedione). EstronNil works by binding to the aromatase enzyme and permanently rendering it inactive. This is the reason why it is known as a suicide aromatase inhibitor because the enzyme in essence dies off. EstroNil will also benefit endogenous testosterone production, because the negative signal sent to the brain due to the presence of estrogen will be greatly reduced permitting increased testosterone levels. To aid the absorption of EstroNil, the patented bioavailibility enhancer Bioperine has been added. Since EstroNil utilizes the same enzymatic pathway (3-beta-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase enzyme) like many other prohormones, zinc monomethionine has been added to support this enzymatic action, thus increasing the rate of absorption.
