Anyone who is involved with weightlifting should be pretty aware that your body cannot make certain amino acids that are required for growing muscles. This is why we need to supplement with BCAAs. I have experimented with different BCAAs and ultimately stuck with the Ultralab Nutrition's BCAA capsules as opposed to other capsules, and powders. For my daily routine, along with the regular protein shake, I take 3 capsules before, during, and after my workouts (no bloat, no discomfort) and I could feel noticeable results (better endurance, fuller/thicker muscles) during my first month of usage. Pick what works best for you, but me, I recommend this product.
