Marine Omega-3
Standardized for EPA and DHA
Marine Omega-3 is concentrated marine fish oil providing efficacious amounts of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA are vital to the normal functioning of cardiovascular and neurological health. Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) have been studied for more than 30 years, resulting in more than 7,000 reports, and nearly 900 human clinical trials.(3) Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to have positive effects on the heart, brain, joints, skin and even pregnancy.* Studies have evaluated the multiple ways omega-3s promote cardiovascular health, in addition to the healthy functioning of many other biological activities.
• Marine Omega-3, contains 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA (500 mg omega-3) per softgel (almost double the amount of omega-3s found in most health food store brands). Two softgels daily provide 1 gram of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids.
• Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. (See nutrition information for total fat content.)
Directions:
Take two softgels daily with a meal
