Directions
As a dietary
supplement, stir one serving (two level scoops) in 8 oz of
water. To "supersaturate" the muscles, consume 4 servings daily
(one serving immediately following workouts) for the first 3
days, then consume one to two servings daily. Always consume
immediately following workouts or just before an evening meal on
non-workout days. For optimal results, consume a
carbohydrate-rich/high-protein meal or meal-replacement shake 30
to 45 minutes later - following workouts. Do not exceed
recommended dosage.
