Wow, what a product! I've used just about every type of protein and diet bar over the years but I think I can stop looking now! This bar is pretty extraordinary in a number of ways. To begin with, it really provides great nutrition. So many bars are just junk dressed up in a nice package but this one is the real deal. I get enough protein to supplement my workouts, enough vitamins to keep me going and enough mass to make it a siutable meal replacement. The real way this bar suprised me was on taste. In my experience, the flavors in these diet bars rarely taste like what they promise and those that do still have a thick, chalky taste to them. These bars tasted as close to a Junior mint or an Andes as I could ever hope for. Truly an A+ product.
