I hate it when I'm hungry while trying to diet. I have found that meal replacements that have a good amount of protein in them keep me feeling satisfied and feeling full. I like the vanilla shakes which make me feel like I'm drinking a milkshake (it's a bit of a stretch, but when you're dieting it's great). Weight loss is really hard, but with a good replacement full of protein it isn't as difficult. With the new year coming and resolutions to follow, I've made my order.
